A long-term project to realize TOD in conjunction with Denver's FasTracks transit plan, TOD in Denver is a major planning initiative to facilitate appropriate TOD near current and future stations. The process will identify a vision and strategies for appropriate change at these centers, and use the transit investment to enrich and enhance Denver’s neighborhoods.
