GSA evaluated 12 sustainably designed buildings in their national portfolio to determine if the buildings were performing as expected. The evaluation of the buildings included measuring environmental performance, financial metrics, and occupant satisfaction. The results of the study show that sustainably designed buildings outperform the national average for buildings of their type by a substantial margin.
